We designed one for a delivery w/a deposit of 500 dollars. After waiting for over 6 months we ended up purchasing a Tacoma from a different dealership. The other dealership's salesman obviously didn't care about us and just wanted to make a sale. The service department at the other dealership was excellent. We weren't as happy with their salesperson. Eric reached out to us when a manual Tacoma finally came in to Toyota DM. We drove it, but since we had already purchased a Tacoma, we looked at several other vehicles. Eric was very accommodating to us. We test drove two different vehicles, and finally decided on our Cruiser. We are still trying to understand all the bells and whistles. We did appreciate the help we received getting accustomed to all the different electronics. Justin Vos was extremely accommodating and even responded several times to my emails, as I was trying to figure out my remote start etc. I hope to come back to the Toyota of DM for a second Tutorial on the cruiser. I need a bit more guidance on the technical. We did not know on the Cruiser that it took only premium unleaded gas. That was a surprise to us. No one had mentioned that earlier. Maybe they just assumed that we would know? So the end result was that we started working with Eric on a Tacoma. When one of those didn't come and we had to get another vehicle, we ordered a Tacoma with everything we wanted from a different dealership. We came back to look at the Tacoma when it finally arrived at the dealership, and we ended up buying something completely different because of Eric Cornelison. More
