After our initial discussions regarding a vehicle purchase, I’ve been waiting for a follow-up call to finalize the transaction details. Despite my repeated attempts to reach out, I have not received any response at all, which is unacceptable. Given my previous positive experiences with your dealership, I had high expectations for professionalism and customer service. Unfortunately, it seems Key Honda of Rutland is following in the footsteps of Alderman, which is very disheartening. As someone who has purchased vehicles from your dealership in the past, this lack of attention is even more frustrating. I want to make it clear that both of my sons, myself, and our extended family will no longer consider Key Honda for future purchases. You’ve just lost out on three potential car sales, which I will make sure to follow up on. More

She took extra time to help me learn how to set things up and made sure everything was programmed before I drove the vehicle off the lot that day.
