I felt comfortable and valued by Ana especially. I drove from West Palm to Sarasota because you had a specific car I wanted. I know numbers have to be shifted to make it look good, pencils sharpened etc. But Anna is your true gem! She was very accommodating helping me through a bit of a jam. She actually picked me up at the hotel and drove me to the dealership because I couldn't find the keys to my rental! (I never did find them.) She went the extra mile, with gifts and friendliness, made me feel valued and comfortable. I was disappointed there was only one key fob with the car. So what happens a couple weeks after I drove it home? Another key fob came in the mail! She's one of those sales people that understands that actions after the fact can be just as impressive and appreciated. More

My initial experience was good. I then returned to test drive and was sold on the car I chose, but had to fly out the next day. When I returned, I tried to connect with my sales person, but he wasn't returning my attempts at communication. I was puzzled but it was the second time this happened with this person. I finally contacted the dealership management and they aligned me with Ana, obvioulsy one of their best. When I came in, I was treated like a VIP. From that point on, they treat you like a VIP and part of an exclusive Lexus Club . Even after the sale, Ana has followed up with me to ensure my customer experience is going as I had hoped and to see if there is anything she can assist with. More
