Excellent experience except for financial services Patty, my salesperson was helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Victor and all other managers were professional and helpful. I never felt pressured. The apr offered was over 5% with a credit score of 840. I will have to refinance elsewhere. He answered all questions however appeared annoyed and the process was rushed. Forms were not explained as he was asking me to sign. I had to ask. I’m not sure which Eric I worked with. More
