He took time to answer my questions, checked in with me frequently regarding updates with the vehicle and made sure I felt comfortable with my purchase. He sent me videos of the vehicle ahead of my pick up date as well. Also, thank you to the team for accommodating additional assistance in the finance department on a busy weekend.
