This dealership will promise the world and follow through on NOTHING!! Do not trust them when doing the paper work they will tell you the 1600 touch up fee will cover all dents, scratches and what not. WELL on NOTHING!! Do not trust them when doing the paper work they will tell you the 1600 touch up fee will cover all dents, scratches and what not. WELL NOT THE CASE!! I had 2 upon sale contingent items; a fixed side mirror and 1 PDR dent in the passenger side. I had it in writing but they ripped it up and said the 1600 fee covers that so they didn't want it in writing. Well now they WILL NOT fix these items and have waisted my time for 3 months. When I finally got fed up and stood my ground the sales manager Eric called me and literally told me to F*** off… WHAT?!? Seriously?!? Then told me its services fault he's the sales manager so if I want help from service then “Drive my xxx up here, and hung up” DISGUSTING!!!!!!! So furious. More

Avoid this dealership at all costs. The financing dept tried to screw us for $4.100.00 with a VERY vague and possibly criminal "warranty" entry. The salespeople DID NOT know their products AT ALL. My wife has extremely bad psoriatic arthritis in her hands, she made it VERY VERY clear that she HAD to have a steering wheel heater, they swore up and down that the K5 she wanted to buy had a heated steering wheel, but they kept her distracted during her test drive each time she asked about it. After we signed she asked again how to turn it on and the (salesguy with tiny hands that kept looming over my shoulder in a very demeaning posture until I signed) said "oh, that model doesn't have that option, but you can get one that wraps around the steering wheel on Amazon for like $35.00".........WHAT?????? We since filed complaints and got our $4,100.00 back (screw you Eric). The way this "sales team" hovered over us with their arms crossed in an almost threatening manner and the way they constantly tried to control the narrative (especially when asked for clarification on something) reminded me of the characters from "The A-Team" tv show or some military buddies trying to "run the place", except for their Mr. T, he was a tiny joke of a man with little hands and he walked on his tippy toes lol, he is also the one that acted like he wanted to control us. I'm disgusted that KIA doesn't care enough about their buyers to hold dealerships up to their "proclaimed" standards; although this IS the same manufacturer that makes you pay for spare tires, use of remote features etc. Ultimately this is YOUR fault (owners of SW KIA). We have many nice cars across my family and NONE of us will buy from any Southwest dealership ever again. More
