I was referred by my nephew to contact Eric Diaz when I told him I was interested in purchasing a Mazda CX 5. From the initial contact Eric was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. His promptness told him I was interested in purchasing a Mazda CX 5. From the initial contact Eric was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. His promptness was very appreciated. I told him what I was looking for and he found the vehicle for me. He had me submit my application for financing prior to our appointment to expedite the process. We made an appointment to test drive and purchase the vehicle. On Black Friday 2025, I purchased my Mazda CX 5. I love my car and the features it comes with! Eric had me come in earlier in the morning to secured me getting the $500 promotional gas card, a great benefit that I was not expecting! The dealership was very busy so there was a small delay in finalizing the signing. I had not eaten and Eric was so sweet he gave me a delicious tamale he had brought for his lunch. Eric is an amazing person and I will definitely recommend him to my family and friends. Everyone was great at Galpin Mazda. I’m very happy with my experience! More
