I have been a loyal VW customer for the last 12 years and have loved every minute of it. The last 3 years I’ve done business with Luther Westside VW and have had the utmost experience. The entire staff from have loved every minute of it. The last 3 years I’ve done business with Luther Westside VW and have had the utmost experience. The entire staff from salesmen, managers and service go above and beyond to make sure their customers are always taken care of. Last week I went in to look at different options as my lease was ending. Eric immediately came up to help me and provided me with possibilities on what to do next. He was so kind, considerate and eager to help with the process. He made my experience seamless and I picked up my car later that week. Their manager, Branden also helped with the process and is extremely patient and delightful to work with. The staff at this location are not paper pushers. They are very trustworthy and make sure their customers leave with satisfaction. I will always refer friends and family to do business at this dealership. More

We walked in knowing what we wanted. The vehicle we looked at previously on Sunday had been sold and the buyer backed out. They moved it in to the show room floor. So, we test drove a step down from the vehicle we purchased. We knew we wanted that one. So, while we finalized the paperwork with Jeramiah, Eric went and filled it up and final detail the vehicle.
