My wife and I walked into Lexus of Hingham, every one was supper friendly process was very smooth/ well explained and we walked away with our new Lexus. Everyone at the dealership are very professional and t supper friendly process was very smooth/ well explained and we walked away with our new Lexus. Everyone at the dealership are very professional and they care about their customers from the GM Patrick to the sales manager Adel as well as sales person Afif and finance manage Joe. Hands down THE BEST experience. I strongly recommend anyone who is in the market to buy a new Lexus don’t look any further this is THE place to buy your Lexus. Thank you everyone! More

The service/salesman at Lexus I believe his name is James or Jim. Does not represent Lexus well. I was thrown in a fit all because the salesman could not properly relay important information. It shines a rea or Jim. Does not represent Lexus well. I was thrown in a fit all because the salesman could not properly relay important information. It shines a real bad light on this dealership which has always served me well. This experience had put a sour taste in my mouth about Lexus. But luckily thanks to manager Eric. Whom righted the discrepancy, relayed the proper message, and even retrieved the mechanic so that I may have my questions properly addressed. Jim or James on the other hand; honestly should not work in that department. If he cannot properly convey services needed and provide excellent customer service. I was told I had to pay over 9000 dollars for a job that closer to 600 dollars. And when I asked for a breakdown. I was given the same improper message and it completely exposed that this service/ salesman had no idea what he was talking about. And relatively gave off the impression that Lexus does not care about their customers and their satisfaction. Also made me want to report Lexus to the BBB and attorney general office for price gouging and fraud. All because someone didn’t take the time to understand, adhere, and genuinely care about what they are doing and what they were going to be delivering to the customer. As stated before Eric and the mechanic whom came to address my concerns displayed the Lexus standards and customer appreciation that I expected originally. And I am truly appreciative and grateful for them and that they are there. More
