Hi, my name is Eric Cantrell I am the Service Manager here at Oakley Auto World. I have been working this kind of job for over 30 plus years, the thing I like most about this job is meeting all kinds of new people, helping others, and overcoming whatever obstacles come my way. I have ASC certified in auto repairs, I have owned my own Auto Repair business, and have always worked and enjoyed working in the Automotive Field. I hold my integrity in the highest regard, so even if some people may not like what I have to say I will always tell the truth to the best of my knowledge. A little about myself I live in Rockaway Beach, I'm very active in my church at Life Christian Church in Branson, I love camping, hiking, kayaking, and spending time with my family. My vision in life is to serve people with integrity and make life long friends, and to improve my service for guest life I will treat each customer as if they were my personal friend.

Eric was so professional and kind, he noticed the treads hanging out of my tires and brought that to my attention. Instead of rotating tires I actually needed four new tires, very professional and concerned hanging out of my tires and brought that to my attention. I'm new to the area and had to get the state vehicle inspection done. I made the appointment last week for 11:00. They said it would take 45 min, so I planned my errands accordingly. I arrived a few min inspection done. I made the appointment last week for 11:00. They said it would take 45 min, so I planned my errands accordingly. I arrived a few minutes early and was in my car leaving at 11:01! I had so much spare time before my next appointment, I was able to get coffee and shop more, LOL. Thank you. More

Since moving to Kimberling City 4 years ago we have used Oakley Auto World to not only service our vehicles, but in last year we have also purchased 2 two different vehicles. It’s nice to go to a dealership Oakley Auto World to not only service our vehicles, but in last year we have also purchased 2 two different vehicles. It’s nice to go to a dealership and see familiar faces in both the sales and service departments. Each time we have a vehicle serviced the issue was resolved the first time. The car buying process is straightforward. One of the times we purchased a car it was unplanned, but they had exactly what we needed. On our most recent purchase we had more time to browse the lot and we found plenty of vehicles that would work but ultimately we found one that had everything we wanted and more. We enjoy being able to shop local and support the businesses in our community and Oakley’s is one of those places we are happy to do business with. More
