The negotiations then switched from email to the phone with two dealerships calling back and forth. All most immediately Eric recognized my wife voice, from her last purchase in 2008 and stated the other dealership will not come close to his bottom line and her needs. Eric was on point, he took the lead of our purchase and was all but done short of signing the paperwork when she was on the phone. When we showed up to the dealership Eric had the Crosstrek serviced and filled up to aid in streamlining our purchasing experience. This just confirms what I assumed from the beginning, I will continue to purchasing any and all future Subaru's from Brown's By the way my wife loves her Subaru as well as Eric. Thank you Eric again. Finance employee was very pleasant and efficient. The process was rapid and concise. No hard selling. The salesman I worked with, Eric Bukhari, was particularly helpful and came across as honest and helpful. He has 16 years as a salesman, so I was happy to work with someone who likely holds some clout as an employee in the dealership too. Eric "gets it." More

After the first round, I asked the four dealerships that had provided the lowest quotes to participate in a second and final round. Eric Bukhari from Manassas Subaru ended up providing the winning bid. The price was excellent. After agreeing to the deal over email and phone, Eric quickly prepared the paperwork and I went to pick the car the next day. Even though it is quite uncommon to engage dealerships in a bidding process when buying a new car, Eric showed great professionalism throughout the process. There were no gimmicks -- he delivered exactly what he said at exactly the out-of-the-door quoted price. He was easy to work with, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I strongly recommend Eric to anyone looking to purchase a new Subaru. More
