Didn't disclose branded title until finance process, tried to make me use their in house financing when my bank already pre approved me by lying to me saying my bank wouldn't finance then later admitted tried to make me use their in house financing when my bank already pre approved me by lying to me saying my bank wouldn't finance then later admitted they didn't actually know that to be the case. The salesman didn't know anything about the car and had no control over the sales process, so it's hard to see justification in that even being a job anymore. More

Worst experience buying a car ever. They had a model of Beetle convertible that my wife wanted very badly. Car was in Oregon I live in Wisconsin. Asked to get details of issues with the car because it was to be purchased sight unseen. Never heard any thing back so I assumed it was ok. CARFAX reported minor starching of the bumper which I can deal with, my wife wants this model. Seemed good to go. Car was delivered this week. The front bumper is not even attached on the bottom, huge scratches on the bottom. The rocker panel has 2 big bashes in it, one has totally moved the fender. I’d attach pictures if I could. This damage was not on the CARFAX. It it was there is no way I would have paid what I did for it. I have planned for a body shop to look at the car next week. I’m sure the estimate will be over $5000. They do inspections on used cars to be sure they are worthy to sell this is federally mandated. How did this get past that inspection? I’ve never been more disappointed in my life. I’d never buy anything from here again. Their communication sucked through this whole deal. I’d call get transferred to someone, no answer. I’d leave a voice mail, no reply. If I could this would be a zero star rating. I truly feel that I was taken advantage of due to my location and the desirability of this model. If your thinking about using this dealership I’d reconsider. I don’t even know how they are in business operating in this way. Update as of 11/16/25 I sent the estimate of the damage to them on Nov. 3rd. The car has $6800 damage that was not on the carfax. I still have not hear back from them. I’ve called sent emails I’ve received very little communication back. The least they could do is update me with how the situation how things will proceed. More
