After 3 hours, the service should have been already completed not just getting started. Waste of a trip and we are fairly sure they didn’t perform any services as requested. Terrible visit and will not be looking to purchase again through this dealer based on service experience. Upon pickup at front desk, salesperson was confrontational suggesting we were “throwing” things at them based on my wife just putting her wallets and keys on the table to pay. No manager to be found at 4:30 on a Saturday. Terrible experience overall. More
