I will never deal with Toyota of Knoxville ever. Everytime the sale person spoke he lied, the management staff didn't keep their promises with the deal. We worked primarily with the floor manager and a new salesman named Zach who is not pictured below. Everything about our buying experience was tremendous. That dealership did not seem interested in our purchase for some reason, which still puzzles us as we paid cash and recently did the same with the 2017 Tundra we had built and purchased from the Cleveland dealership. No return calls from sales manager or salesman from Cleveland so we stopped in Knoxville on our way traveling and we were welcomed and taken care of the minute we walked in!
