Best Service Ever! I was in need of a vehicle and was assigned to Enver Bekric. He did everything in his power to make sure that I was able to walk out with a car. BUT I was in need of a vehicle and was assigned to Enver Bekric. He did everything in his power to make sure that I was able to walk out with a car. BUT not only that, he made sure that it was within my price affordability and that my children would be safe. At the end of the evening, he went to clean it up after the service department had gone for the day. He knew I needed this car TODAY and it needed a new headlight. He drove to the Auto Parts and personally purchased the parts that I needed to take it home with me. I made him promise me that he would not even let me look at the new Accords, well... you know where I'm going with this! After checking in with service, I headed straight to the line of Accords. Thinking that surely it was too early for a sales person to come out, I'd be safe and I could just look. Almost immediately we were welcomed by two salesman, one right after the other. We told them that we were working with Enver Bekric and they were both very kind and did not try to push themselves on us. That says a lot about this dealership. We first met Enver when my boyfriend purchased his CRV from him in September. I knew I'd be back to buy another Honda from him ( my 3rd Accord) just not so soon. I had just bought a new car in 2015, not a Honda, what a mistake. Enver is the most personable and professional salesman I have ever had. When you are working with him, he is committed to satisfying all of your wants and needs for your new car. From beginning to end it was a pleasurable experience. Enver makes you feel very comfortable, and when you're done you feel as though you've made a friend. So on January 6, 2017, I drove away in my beautiful white Honda Accord Sport Special Edition. He was helpful, knowledgeable and willing to listen to what I had to say as a buyer instead of trying to tell me what I wanted, unlike many salespeople. He not only answered my questions but pointed out features on the car that other salespeople had not. I would not hesitate to recommend Enver to anyone looking for a new or used car. As senior citizens, we were hoping to find a nice SUV that would be comfortable and durable enough to last for the rest of our driving years. Enver listened courteously and attentively to our list of requirements and then worked very diligently with us throughout our time at the dealership, to make sure we could be completely satisfied with the car we chose. We found Enver to be a great sales consultant and remarkable human being – very knowledgeable, professional, thorough, patient and kind. He answered all of our questions and helpfully guided us through all of the details involved in buying any vehicle. After our purchase, he took plenty of time with us to thoroughly explain and demonstrate the many safety and convenience features of our car, making sure that understood everything before driving away. Before we left, he also helped us contact our insurance company, to make sure our new vehicle would be covered from the date of purchase. From the minute we walked in the door to the time later that evening when we were ready to leave, Enver stayed with us, foregoing his own lunch and dinner to make sure our needs were being met and that we were well taken care of. He was also very nice to our grandson, age 7, who was with us for much of that time. As we were leaving, Enver encouraged us to call him at any time in the future with any questions or concerns - a generous offer of ongoing customer support. There was no sales pressure, no confusing financial dealings, no rushing through the process – just a great experience buying just the right car at a good price, with a sales consultant we now consider a good friend. Although our contact with Justin Callahan was typically brief, we found him to be very courteous, friendly and helpful with the financial paperwork, explaining everything well and making the process very easy.
