Very Professional We lucked out when we happened to run into Enver Bekric as my wife and I were wandering around the Honda Lot at Crown Honda in Pinellas Park looking f We lucked out when we happened to run into Enver Bekric as my wife and I were wandering around the Honda Lot at Crown Honda in Pinellas Park looking for a CR-V. He showed us various models, both 2016 and 2017, and explained their features and differences. His knowledge of the vehicles was very extensive. Enver then found us the vehicle that we were seriously interested in and arranged a test drive. We were still interested and went home to discuss it further. Unfortunately, by the time we went back to say we would buy that vehicle, it had already been sold. However, Enver spent a lot of time going through the dealer's inventory and when they did not have what we wanted, was able to locate the the same vehicle that we originally wanted from a dealer in Orlando. We made our deal and the car was delivered to us the next day. Enver patiently explained all of the features of the new vehicle to us and impressed upon us that if we ever had any questions, to please call him on his cell phone. Superior Help Finding Just the Right Car I went to Crown Honda to replace my van after being hit by a semi-truck. He patiently walked me through the design of each vehicle before we took a test drive and encouraged me to follow my instincts in selecting the one that was best for me. I purchased a Honda Pilot that I loved the feel of, and before I left the lot, Enver even paired the Bluetooth with my phone and programmed all driver settings to ensure I had the best possible drive home. My entire experience at the store was outstanding. Everyone in the dealership was friendly and helpful, and from my time spent with Enver and the General Manager I could tell that they both genuinely cared and wanted me to select the vehicle that I'd feel safest driving.
