This was my first experience to buy a car, and with the help of Enver Bekric, his service and hospitality definitely made the experience worthwhile. Mr. Bekric answered any questions or concerns about anything of a car I was looking for. He explained all the details and specifics of each car and told me the differences between each car that I think I wanted, which made a clear mind for me on what I really wanted to get. After of thinking what car I wanted, we did a test drive and he was excellent in showing me all the neat features of the car that could enhance my productivity as a driver. Not to mention he was really easy to talk to and would have a solution to any question you might have about a vehicle. After test driving the car, we both went inside with my parents as well, and started to get down to business. Berkric was very clear on his words and fluently explained all the details of what was needed from us. He helped us with pricing and showing multiple options of paying the vehicle and just overall did his job excellently. As well, he is a funny person and told a little about his personal life and stories, very easy to get along with! In the end, the next day I went to pick up my new 2019 Honda Civic EX with a protection package! And Mr. Bekric photographed this exciting moment with my father who took me back to the dealership. Before I went and drive away with my new baby, Mr. Bekric went through all the features again with me so I don't forget all the neat stuff I can do with the car. And he change the settings of the car to my personal liking so that way I can drive comfortable or need to change anything else. As well, as excited as I was, he was excited as me and you can definitely feel the atmosphere of positive energy. He gave me his personal number and ensured me that if there was anything I needed I could contact him via phone 24/7. Sent me pictures that he took with me and my dad. He is an excellent listener and is great about helping you to make your own decision by presenting all the facts. He is extremely knowledgeable about not only his cars but his competitors. It was very refreshing to deal with someone who loved and took pride in their product enough to make you fall in love with it too! He is very patient and a natural teacher. When he takes you for a test drive, he knows how to talk you through the car so you can experience the full ride with every perk. If it is a family decision and you have to come out with another member he is just as patient and wants them to experience the ride too. He gave us the best price in this part of Florida. In fact, after talking with the bank and other dealerships they said if that price is for real out the door you better jump on it. A couple even asked us to call them back and let them know if the price really was correct. The process was enjoyable and stress free from beginning to end. The best part of the experience was after the papers were signed. The character of the man stood the test of time. The genuine care and concern he showed all along was still there once the deal was done. He didn't rush through the final review of the car even though it was past business hours. Without any prompting, he sat for a couple hours after closing reviewing the features as he personalized it to fit my needs and wishes. When he handed me the owner's guide he said, "this is yours but you won't need it. You can call or text me anytime if you have a question." He is in a league of his own. I wouldn't buy from anyone else!! More
