Enver showed me around the HR-V I was looking at, answered a LOT of questions and even pointed out some things I hadn't found in my own research. The test drive was great, he really took the time to demonstrate all the new bells and whistles compared to my trade-in. I absolutely did not feel pressured & felt like I was getting a lot of helpful information. I really appreciate that we didn't even discuss a vanity mirror... ha! Once I made the decision to buy and finished up the paper work, he helped me set up my connections and preferences - and then walked me through EVERYTHING the car can do. New tech is amazing and overwhelming and it's really great to work with someone who knows what he is talking about and make sure YOU understand it before you leave. He even remembered to transfer my SunPass to the new car. Thanks for the attention to detail!! More

Enver was patient and kind making my car buying experience very comfortable. He explained the various features of three different models at great length which helped me to decide which one was the best for me.
