My mother and I had an outstanding experience working with Enrique C. at South Bay Lexus. I sent an inquiry via email first and Enrique and another assistant got back to me right away to check on the sto with Enrique C. at South Bay Lexus. From the moment we arrived, Enrique was very welcoming and was able to show us the car right away. (We've gone to 3 other Lexus dealerships and have always had to wait 30+ minutes only to find out the car was unavailable.) He patiently explained all the features and answered all our questions. My mom was still unsure and wanted my brother-in-law to look at the car to get his opinion. My brother-in-law didn't have much time to look at it as it was during the work day so Enrique was able to drive the car with my mom to his house (10 min) to look at the car. My mom still felt unsure so we passed on the car. A week later, we found another used car that my mom was interested in. We were thrilled that it was at South Bay Lexus so we could work with Enrique again. Again, he never rushed us and made sure we fully understood the features and options before making a decision. We bought a Lexus NX300 that day. His professionalism, care and patience made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We truly felt that Enrique was focused on helping us find the best car for my mom's needs, rather than just making a sale. Thank you, Enrique! I just purchased a car yesterday(2024 Lexus Nx 350) and received the best customer service from Enrique. I was referred to him by my God dad and lets just say he didnt disappoint. I came into Lexus with a goal&expectations(a white 2024 lexus nx 250 with buttercream interior), and lets just say what I wanted wasnt within my price range or not the color I wanted. I thought all hope was lost! But as stated before, I got my LEXUS! AND ENRIQUE surpassed my expectations! MY 2024 Lexus NX 350 AWD is not white, but them SEATS are BUTTERCREAM and within my budget! After running my credit he presented me a price I couldnt pass up! And did I forget to mention this was my first time purchasing a car! Enrique even went with me to get a cashier's check.
