I was recommended to Emmanuel by a good friend of mine and I'm so glad he did! My experience was nothing short of exceptional from start to finish. I described what I was looking for in my new vehicle, realistically expecting that it may not be possible to check every box in my price range. But Emmanuel listened to me and assured me we would find something that fits. I'm not lying when I say the very first vehicle he showed me checked every box of what I was looking for, then a good look at it and a quick test drive and I was in love with it! It had all i asked for and more and I was completely blown away that he was able to hit the nail on head so quickly. I looked at a few others but I drove off the lot with my 2021 Honda HR-V that day! I cannot recommend Emmanuel and Motorworld enough for any vehicle purchase you may need. I may not need another vehicle for some time, but I will definitely go back when I do, and I hope Emmanuel is still there to help if I need one. If you're in the market for a good pre-owned vehicle then give Emmanuel a call and im sure you'll be as happy as i am! 5 stars isn't enough, wonderful experience! More

I walked into Motor World just to see where I stood with my credit, and what options I had. Was not expecting to drive a car off the lot that night! He was more than patient with me during the entire process, was always super sweet and understanding. The entire experience was great, along with everyone else I dealt with at motor world. My car previous was old and unsafe, and Manny was determined not to let me drive an unsafe car with me and my children. Went two days (90 mile round trip each day) to check out the vehicle for my daughter, her husband, and 4 children. Had an agreement with the salesperson to meet the next day, Saturday morning, to finalize t the vehicle for my daughter, her husband, and 4 children. Had an agreement with the salesperson to meet the next day, Saturday morning, to finalize the deal. Called in the morning to make sure the vehicles was still there. My daughter and fam drove 2.5 hours to meet me, see it, and take it home. It was sold to someone else literally right in front of us. With apologies, I was told that is the policy - first come, first serve. I guess I have to accept that. But then I was also told that if I was going to write a negative review that they didn’t want my business. I have literally never heard any businessman say that. Car dealers, especially, “earn” the business of the customer, they don’t deserve it! And they do business in a world where they take the risk of negative reviews. All it means is that they don’t want to be held accountable. I have bought 26 cars in my life and this was, by far, the worst car buying experience of my life. I guess right now it’s a seller’s market, and the car is just a unit and the customer is just an ATM. So my rating is based on the unbendable policy, not the competence of the staff. Manny was great! But also because “I don’t want your business” is just not a helpful thing to say to people who saw a car get sold right out from under them. The day will come when it will be a buyer’s market again, but I guess until that time, “servicing the customer” has taken on a whole new meaning. More

I am not satisfied with my experience this time around, I just bought vehicle and there’s already problems. I was lied to and taken advantage of. Your better off going to America’s choice their all selling lemons while greasing their pockets… More
