Buyer beware- they sell lemons under the guise of as-is even though as-is law only protects the dealer if they disclose defects or needed repairs at the time of sale. They do not. If you request them to make repairs after the fact they yoyo you into a different car without finalizing the financing so they can hold your car as hostage and pressure you to do what they want. They've been reported to the state for what they've done to me and I'm actively seeking representation for litigation as they currently still have possession of my vehicle that the loan is still active and the payment is nearly due, despite it being 11 days away from a month they've had my car. Save yourself the money and trouble, they don't give you copies of your contract before you leave they lie and say it will be in an email, you will never get it. Save yourself the time, trouble, and aggravation. Go elsewhere. More

Update to previous review: The GM Emre called me as soon as he saw this review and expressed his apologies and asked for a chance to make things right. Met with Joanne, the Service Director, this morning an as he saw this review and expressed his apologies and asked for a chance to make things right. Met with Joanne, the Service Director, this morning and couldn’t be more grateful. They are ordering the part and will take a look at the other issue when I bring it back for install. The service I experienced today was exceptional and I would recommend to others. If you are purchasing a car here that you notice needs repairs I would highly recommend bringing the GM into the loop right away to avoid the previous experience I had. Thank you Joanne and Emre for restoring my trust! More
