Excited about my “new to me” car Emmanuel was great. He took me to see the cars I came to see. He took me to the cars so I didn’t have to wait for him to bring them out. He explained the differences between models (rav vs Highlander etc) and between years (2016 vs 2017). He also explained special features of each car: He didn’t try to show me other cars that didn’t match my wants. He respected I needed time to think things over and discuss them with my husband before making a decision. He made the car buying process easy and walked me through the whole thing.
