Emmaly is terrific. I have on occasion been frustrated with this dealership when forced to speak to an out of town unknown person at a clearinghouse in a distant place to I have on occasion been frustrated with this dealership when forced to speak to an out of town unknown person at a clearinghouse in a distant place to set up a service appointment. On the other hand, I have had a couple of interactions with Emmaly and she is consistently competent and professional. Management needs to know how important it is to have good employees like Emmaly to keep customers coming back and buying more vehicles. Service departments make or break car dealerships. I am grateful to have found Emmaly. More

The price seemed more than fair, Plus one thing I do like, you did not try and sell me repair work I did not need, another Honda dealer I went to here in Chicago does that >> sort of ticked me off. Why I waited to go to Bob Lindsay, and to visit with my daughter I worked 30 years as a mechanic on CTA buses and cars I know a bit about repair work, and the shuttle service is excellent, the lady that drove me was friendly, she drove me to my daughters and picked me up the next day at the hotel, this is very nice service. thanks Bob Lindsay, always a pleasure doing buisness with you.
