Each time I have come to Royal Moore for routine vehicle maintenance, I have encountered great service. During a recent appointment here, Emily was committed to helping with a snafu encountered during maint maintenance, I have encountered great service. During a recent appointment here, Emily was committed to helping with a snafu encountered during maintenance and personally oversaw that the work was done in a timely manner so I could make it to a scheduled meeting elsewhere. I really appreciate her customer support, especially so, because I live out of town and only come to the Hillsboro and the Portland area once a month for errands and set appointments.
