Emilio was very informative especially when it came to a special order for parts. I inquired about installation quotes for running boards and tow package for my new 2024 Grand Highlander. He let me know tha special order for parts. I inquired about installation quotes for running boards and tow package for my new 2024 Grand Highlander. He let me know that when I am ready to install either one of these products, to let him know so he can write up a work order that would generate ordering the necessary parts. In so doing I would be able to pay for the parts AND the work at the same time (when the job is completed.)This bit of information was a revelation to me. I’m guaranteed to come back to him again.
