Service Manager, Emilio Ruiz was not able to diagnose my "check engine" light concerns correctly. This resulted in me visiting the dealer 4 times within two weeks since my "check engine" light kept going on "check engine" light concerns correctly. This resulted in me visiting the dealer 4 times within two weeks since my "check engine" light kept going on and off. During my 4th visit, Matthew Ham was able to confirm that it indeed was my water pump, this was after I took it because my car was overheating. It should have gotten replaced the first time. During my third visit I asked to speak to Emilio's supervisor and was directed to speak to Oscar. Oscar promised to send me a quote for the water pump (claiming it was possibly an intermittent issue) but never did. Matthew had to pick up Emilio's and Oscar's incompetency. Unfortunately, the discount provided cannot make up for the inconvenience of making me return four times for something that could have gotten fixed the first time! The discount provided is equivalent to the Costco service discount that I have, so there really is no compensation for this huge inconvenience and risk of my engine giving out due the water pump issue that existed since my first visit. More
