The Best service advisor I have had to date. However, management was disappointing. A manager yelled at employee in front of me, the customer, as I was at the counter being helped. This interaction with employee made me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed for the employee. Then as I was waiting for UBER, the manager continued to yell at employee in the parking lot following employee yelling. My opinion, this behavior by management is unacceptable and creates a Hostile work environment. Very disappointed with Wondries management.

I only have service for my car twice a year and so far everything seems to be OK.

Haven’t needed to do any repair work on my 2015 Prius so far and I drive very little. Not happy that I already have to replace my touch screen radio. It appears to be an expensive proposition .
