I have to take a moment to recognize Emilio for the exceptional service he consistently provides. After doing business with Acura Service in the past and experiencing some changes that left me feeling exceptional service he consistently provides. After doing business with Acura Service in the past and experiencing some changes that left me feeling disappointed, I had honestly lost some confidence in the service experience. Meeting Emilio completely changed my perception. From every visit, Emilio goes above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of. He keeps me well-informed throughout the process, takes the time to educate me about what is being done and why, and makes sure everything is handled correctly. I never feel like I am left wondering what is happening with my vehicle or why something is needed. What really stands out is that his level of service is consistent. He is friendly, pleasant, professional, attentive, and genuinely makes you feel like your concerns matter. It is clear that he takes pride in his work and in making sure his customers have a positive experience. Emilio has restored my confidence in Acura Service, and that speaks volumes. He is truly an asset to the Acura team, and I sincerely appreciate the way he goes above and beyond for me every time I visit. Exceptional customer service from an exceptional person! More
