Strong Volkswagen has to be the most unethical dealer out there. They claim to have upfront pricing but they will under value tour trade in, up charge for dealer add ons, and they say ice department - PATHET there. I've had so many bad experiences with this dealer that I eventually complained. Then, when I took my car in to have a broken sunroof repaired. They refused to work with me. I never swore, yelled, caused any kind of scene whatsoever. Just complained. More

If I could give a zero I would. I bought/leased a new Atlas in May. Last month was my first trip where I ran into multiple error messages. Including remote starter not working, chip I bought/leased a new Atlas in May. Last month was my first trip where I ran into multiple error messages. Including remote starter not working, chip paint and window chip. The service dept to say the least has been a horrible experience. When I was first reached out to about my car and how it's going I explained I had some issues and wanted to get the vehicle checked. I was supposed to receive a call to schedule an appointment two separate times. No call. I decided to finally call and to get a live agent and not a rebot was a joke. When I finally spoke with April scheduling my services it was scheduled the wrong day, and I was also told due to the multiple service request it was set up wrong. I finally had an appointment on July 19 @ 9:40am where I am traveling from Utah county. I was told the night before I had to leave my vehicle for the weekend no prior heads up or communication about it. I asked is there a loaner vehicle I could use because I had to also work and had other obligations that day and I was told no loaners were available. I don't know how the service dept is ran but I've had nothing but issues. I still have not got my vehicle in. I reached out to Bridgette to express my frustration on Monday and I asked for a service manager to reach back out, and I still have not received a call. Tony Glavas is the reason why strong vw is as good as it is. I have purchased over 6 cars from him. He is honest fair very knowledgeable about vw and every other vehicle out there.
