Terrible, terrible experience with this dealership. Story time; Show up on Wednesday to test drive a beautiful S4. 2021, low miles, red interior, great price ($37,000). Super stoked, right? Test drove it on Wednesday, agreed to buy it the next day. We run pre-approval, I let them know that I'm on the way to purchase the car (around 11AM), taking an Uber from Downtown LA to Ontario. Around $80, and 1HR of my time. I get to the dealership, I sit in the salesman office for around 20-30 minutes while I believe they are gathering paperwork for my new-to-me S4. Wrong again. The salesman comes into his office, apologizes profusely, letting me know that "someone had came in a hour before you and purchased the vehicle." At first, I'm not particularly happy, especially not to receive some kind of heads up that this car, is in fact gone. The salesman than proceeds to try to sell me this S5 on the lot, a bit older than I would have liked, and a bit more mile-y than I would have liked. He says, "before you say no, just drive it." I agree. And guess what, we will "get you" the extended warranty after I expressed concerns with an older Euro car with a bit of mileage. The extended warranty value is around $4200. I drive the car, handles great, it's a nice place to be. We then sit down to talk numbers, go over the deal. It was priced at $32,362 (over priced on CarGurus), I try to work the price a little bit, I ask for $32,000, flat. Salesman comes back and says, "we really can't work with the price, but like I said, we "got you" on the extended warranty. So I'm thinking, okay, the warranty is worth $4200, I'm basically paying ~$28,000 for the car. I do the deal, we run through the motions, sign paperwork, I drive it away. Happy with the purchase, WRONG again. I re-check the paperwork, I found I was actually CHARGED for the warranty. So what was their concession that they gave me after the S4 was rug pulled with no notice (which I was immensely understanding of), a car at the SAME price thats two years older, and 40,000 more miles. This is exactly why people don't trust dealerships, and I fell for it. Sales manager was supposed to reach out today, but has not... obviously I did not walk into the dealership to buy a brand new RS6, or a R8, etc., etc. But maybe one day I would be able to. I feel that my time was disrespected, and ultimately I hope the dealership decides to do something for me. In the short term, I will reach out to all resources available. (Audi corporate, BBB, etc. etc.) More

This dealership is a scam. I purchased an Audi Q5 Prestige from this dealer last November. Sales person Mario sneaked in lo jack, Eco-Bond and extended maintenance warrantee to I purchased an Audi Q5 Prestige from this dealer last November. Sales person Mario sneaked in lo jack, Eco-Bond and extended maintenance warrantee to the contract. Finance guy Dean didn’t go over these items with us. We were rushed out because they were closing. Next day we found out the weird charges, revisited them and the real fun began. Manager Chris Blair said he would talk to the management and credit back unreasonable fees. We called a week later. He promised that they are going to credit back my money by end of December 2024. Money didn’t arrive as promised. Then he ghosted us. In January I called their headquarters asked where is Chris Blair. Chris Blair all of sudden came back to life and called me. He said a check of over $4000 will be mailed to me by Jan 19th. Never arrived. Called again, Blair said there would be no checks, fund will be credited to my financing bank and will be there in Feb. called bank in Feb. no re-fund. Called Chris again, he promised would send an email to internal department and said I needed to approve the email. The refund now became 2800. After this email, nothing happened . Sent him 5 follow up emails since and he ghosted again. Right now it is August 2nd 2024 and guess what Chris disappeared no fund received. Right now the 5000 initially promised nor the 4000 later promised nor later 2800 last promised does not matter anymore. I felt so being played and insulted. This is how this dealership conduct their business. Chris Blair is unscrupulous and deplorable. * This is the update after this review. Chris Blair miraculously came back to life again with a simple email saying he just came back from vacation. He must have a good job that pays him so well he could take a vacation from May because he has been blatantly ignoring my emails since May. He then threw a tantrum and decided to totally play death. This place should be closed down immediately. *Update: more nightmare with self claimed GM Emil—this person is nothing like the respond he made to my review. I never received a phone call nor an email regarding the solution to this matter until i was informed my Audicare was cancelled with an amount of far less than what i paid for. I paid 1499 for this Audicare, which i highly suspect that i was overcharged because Chris Blaire once mentioned to me the Audicare is 699. But anyways i was refunded with 700+. I asked Emil the reason behind it and he became very impatient and rude and said it is not humanly possible to get an answer. Later he sent me a screenshot from Audicare services, no explanation, just oneline: “here is the dialogue”. How rude can a person be to your customer!!! I requested him to reinstate my Audicare because he did not inform me or confirmed with me about cancelling the guarantee on my behalf. He said it cannot be reinstated!! And next day, he wrote an email saying this is his final email regarding this matter!! Guys! He messed up my Audicare and basically said thats it! Go away!!! Don’t bother me any more!! Can you believe it??!! long story short, i called Audi America reinstated my Audicare. Raised a case with Audi America regional manager. An investigation is underway. Guys if you have a thing with this dealer i recommend you raise cases with Audi America Have them investigate the unscrupulous business and bulling attitude toward you!!
