Several problems with them:1. After putting a deposit Several problems with them: 1. After putting a deposit down, they never contacted me when they said they would about the status of my purchase. During the purchase, they told me very little about the car. My mother bought a Toyota a month later in NY and got a full lesson on all the new technology/features. 3. They missed filling out a form and asked me to come in the next day after the purchase. One good part is that after I refused, they came to my house to get the signature. 4. Several months later I discovered they randomly entered incorrect information in the registration indicating that the car is garaged in a different city, which messed up the excise tax. Now, I need to go in again to sign more forms for their mistake. More
