I was able to be seen as a "walk in" immediately for service to replace the bulbs in one of my headlights and one of my fog lights. They also performed an inspection that I needed to update my vehicles service to replace the bulbs in one of my headlights and one of my fog lights. They also performed an inspection that I needed to update my vehicles registration. The service was performed in a timely manner at a good price. Elvir was good. Maybe next time, Elvir make sure my car is actually ready to go in the return lot upon completion of service. When I went to get my car I couldn't find it. Come to find out it was in queue to be washed. I thought maybe someone had taken off with my car. After a few minutes of wandering around aimlessly I asked the receptionist if she knew where my car was and she was able to provide an answer. Definitely not a deal breaker. I'll come back to have my car serviced in the future. It was just a little annoying. More

I appreciate that they were able to get my vehicle in the same day, it was unfortunately very late in the day so repairs were not completed until the following day but do not fault the service department for same day, it was unfortunately very late in the day so repairs were not completed until the following day but do not fault the service department for that. I do not appreciate waiting without any news of the status of my vehicle for the entire day. The automated systems seems to have taken the human element completely out of the interaction. Rather than a person letting me know my vehicle is still waiting to be seen, I am left to wait until I receive a text message (6 hours later). I miss the old days where someone would at least swing by the waiting room to let you know "your car is 3rd in line", "your car is being seen now"...etc. I spent the entire day there with no communication or updates until after my vehicle was diagnosed.
