2hr wait with no updates at all and no estimate provided. I sent the text to initiate some kind of update. 15mins later an estimate was provided and 5mins after that the advisor came to talk about the estima I sent the text to initiate some kind of update. 15mins later an estimate was provided and 5mins after that the advisor came to talk about the estimate. I was told the wheel and tire would need to be changed before tires could be rotated or alignment completed, which makes sense. What does not make sense is the 2+hr wait for the initial estimate to tell me that they have to do all of the other parts to then give me the final estimate. 9:35appointment… I left at 1:45 after paying. While driving away, when I straighten the steering wheel, the car pulls hard to the left now and makes a weird noise almost like rubbing, the car wasn’t pulling at all or making any noise when I brought it in. I turned around, admittedly frustrated, I left the car with my advisor. I told him the issue, asked that I be called when it has been figured out, and had someone come get me. This was Saturday 11/9/2024 9:35am appointment didn’t finally leave until after 2:00pm; today it is 11/11/2024 4:36pm and I have not received any kind of call or update. I called the service department when I got off of work and left my advisor a voicemail; still no call back. I am a patient person and have been coming here for years. While I’ve had to wait in the last, I was always updated and at least given an estimated timeframe. I was scheduled to work overtime and missed out on additional pay when a simple/timely update would have prevented this. More

The service department is the best. Despite issues with our vehicle after service, we were not discarded as an inconvience. Rather, the team went out of their way to get my vehicle back Despite issues with our vehicle after service, we were not discarded as an inconvience. Rather, the team went out of their way to get my vehicle back into the shop. A loaner vehicle was provided and my vehicle was repaired early the next morning. My vehicle was given a free detailing and the next oil change is on them. Very happy with the entire staff! More
