Elton and I planned to meet the last time I was in for service. He promised me that I would not feel any pressure to buy a car and that he would listen to me. Elton kept his promise. He knew I wanted t service. He promised me that I would not feel any pressure to buy a car and that he would listen to me. Elton kept his promise. He knew I wanted to buy a Sentra, and he showed me the new features, showed me how they work and pointed them out during the test drive. He made certain the car was clean before I left the dealership. Norm was very professional and thorough when he explained the paperwork to close the deal.
