Frank was very knowledgeable about the RAV4 hybrid and spent time with me when I inquired about a purchase during a service/maintenance of an existing RAV4. When we came in to purchase a vehicle, he wasn spent time with me when I inquired about a purchase during a service/maintenance of an existing RAV4. When we came in to purchase a vehicle, he wasn't there and didn't know we were coming into the dealership. The staff stepped up, including the manager and another salesman my husband had spoken to earlier that day. We purchased the RAV4 hybrid and were treated well throughout the purchase process. Seana, Eloy, and sales manager Joe all worked hard to make this sale happen. It wasn’t the easiest due to travel distance on my part and troubleshooting radio control issues on theirs.
