I purchased a beautiful red Mazda Cx5 from Heritage Mazda online and had it delivered to Huntersville NC. I received it as promised in excellent condition with all the paperwork afterwards. I worked with R online and had it delivered to Huntersville NC. I received it as promised in excellent condition with all the paperwork afterwards. I worked with Russ the Sales Manager and Dyvon. Dyvon was amazing! He was patient, willing to cooperate, and had a really good attitude. Russ wasn't bad but I deducted a star because on the final negotiations when I spoke to the Finance Manager Elliot I was charged $1,000 extra. Elliot told Russ and Russ said, that was a "mistake" he thought I purchased an additional warranty?? That's an unacceptable mistake in my opinion. Also many times when I called I would get call backs that were 45 min. to 2.5 hours later - except for Dyvon he would respond quickly. Overall I'd do business with them again just cautiously. More
