When I stopped at dealership he was working with a customer so worked with Razi on initial conversations. We came to agreement on a trade value over the phone, so wanted my wife to see truck so stopped in without an appointment. Razi had that day off but he had left all of the notes in system so worked with Saul to finalize the purchase. All of their team were great to deal with-no "slick" sales games, just easy conversations. Saul wrote up the deal, Brian (Finance Dept) handled all of the paperwork, and in a little under two hours I drove away in my new truck. Love the truck, and McLaughlin team made process easy. Check engine light I love mcloughlin chevrolet. Jim McLean has been my service agent since I've bought my car there 2 years ago. I've had my check engine light come on I love mcloughlin chevrolet. Jim McLean has been my service agent since I've bought my car there 2 years ago. I've had my check engine light come on after Walmart did a horrible oil change... my car was smoking and had a burning smell. I took my car back to Walmart who insisted it was just a messy oil change. The car still continued to smoke and smell. I took it to another Chevy dealer who said that it was just a messy oil change... Again i tried to ignore the smell but could not. I was assigned to Jim and he found the problem! Walmart broke my oil cap. That problem was solved but my check engine light was on. Jim was diligent and so amazing as we spent the next few months trying to figure out why the check engine light was on. After many many emails and visits my car is all good again. I appreciate the team at Mcloughlin chevrolet for their patience, determination, friendliness, and dealing with my car until the problem was fixed. I'm forever a customer! More
