Agreed to purchase a car until finance department added undisclosed and unwanted add-ons to the purchase price of $1250. While he agreed to remove the fees after discussion, he was unapologetic. His manager was likewise unsympathetic and complicit in supporting this practice. Also, while they say they have no dealer handling fees, it is their common practice to make you pay $599 for the 3M Clear Mask. They say this fee is mandatory to buyer. Sales person Ellie was great. Finance manager Samuel Fields and his manager Hoan Bui were horrific. Consumer beware! More

Customer service sucks, I don't think they care much after they sell the car. I called for a warranty service, the passenger wiper not working anymore. They could give me an appointment no less than a w after they sell the car. I called for a warranty service, the passenger wiper not working anymore. They could give me an appointment no less than a week and I had to leave the car for min 24 hour to allow them to diagnose the issue then they would have givem me the different options. I said I was 80 miles away on vacation and could not leave the car unless I would stay in hotel, they offered me an appoitment in 3 weeks so they could rent a courtesy car. I mentioned that for a problem I had they would need no more than 10min to diagnose the issue, but no way, they sais this is our policy.... I decided to diagnose myself and fixed it, the wiper nut was completely unscrewed, fortunately there is a rubber protective cup which held the nut otherwise I would have lost it. A problem under warranty created by Hyundai because that nut had never been touched since the car left the plant. They will never see me again. More
