My overall experience was RELAXED AND SATISFIED! EXCELLENT! Ellen Song, our salesperson, was wonderful! She was not overbearing or anxious to make the sale. It made me feel relaxed and my husband less anxious Ellen Song, our salesperson, was wonderful! She was not overbearing or anxious to make the sale. It made me feel relaxed and my husband less anxious than he usually would be. She demonstrated trust in our integrity, confident that she had satisfied our need, by allowing us to go and return with the downpayment! Igor educated us about car insurance and helped us to find a coverage that we could afford at this time. His attitude was pleasant and personable. We are pleased with our purchase and with the total service and atmosphere at HONDA -- no one else approached us even when I was wondering around upon my return, but they readily answered my question. Everyone recognized and respected that Ellen and I had established a customer relationship. THANK YOU HONDA! More

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER The financial manger Kevin Weeks did not inform me of the extended warranty charges on my contract. When I asked him about the extra charges, he was The financial manger Kevin Weeks did not inform me of the extended warranty charges on my contract. When I asked him about the extra charges, he was it was the interest of the finance. This is 'FRAUD" When I showed my daughter when I got home, she told me the financial manager added the charges on my contract. He did not disclosed the price of the warranty and didn't even mentioned I would get charge. The next day I called, no one was able to help. I will file a consumer report with Plaza Honda and tell all of my friends on facebook and other social media to never go to this place. More
