Fast forward 19 years and I am grateful to call Freeman my home. Throughout my 8 years here, I have had the privilege of working alongside the most genuine and honest people. My advisor was very hands off, especially when it was time to pick up my vehicle. He arranged for a Lyft driver to pick me up from my house, but never let me know the results of my diagnostic. When I ask time to pick up my vehicle. He arranged for a Lyft driver to pick me up from my house, but never let me know the results of my diagnostic. When I asked him about it, he then said that they didn’t see the problem, even though I showed him the problem SEVERAL TIMES during our initial conversation. Lastly, I texted him asking if he would reset the “maintenance required” notification on my dashboard in which he replied “yes ma’am.” When I arrived at the dealership, he had left for the day and the notification was still there. If he had to leave, he should have at least followed up with my request. I’ve had really good experiences with advisors in the past, so they have set the bar high. My advisor did not meet the expectations set by the others. That is why I will come back, knowing that most of the advisors have stellar customer service at Freeman Toyota. More
