My name is Elizabeth, and I am the Service Drive Manager here at Freeman Toyota. When I was a senior in high school, I started my career in the automotive industry at a local Chevrolet store. Fast forward 19 years and I am grateful to call Freeman my home. Throughout my 8 years here, I have had the privilege of working alongside the most genuine and honest people. Our goal is to give you a great experience and provide you with exceptional service to keep your vehicle operating at its best. When I'm not working, I enjoy being a mom and wife, reading a good book, eating good food, and exercising to do my best to cancel that last part out.

My advisor was very hands off, especially when it was time to pick up my vehicle. He arranged for a Lyft driver to pick me up from my house, but never let me know the results of my diagnostic. When I ask time to pick up my vehicle. He arranged for a Lyft driver to pick me up from my house, but never let me know the results of my diagnostic. When I asked him about it, he then said that they didn’t see the problem, even though I showed him the problem SEVERAL TIMES during our initial conversation. Lastly, I texted him asking if he would reset the “maintenance required” notification on my dashboard in which he replied “yes ma’am.” When I arrived at the dealership, he had left for the day and the notification was still there. If he had to leave, he should have at least followed up with my request. I’ve had really good experiences with advisors in the past, so they have set the bar high. My advisor did not meet the expectations set by the others. That is why I will come back, knowing that most of the advisors have stellar customer service at Freeman Toyota. More

Freeman Toyota has serviced my 07 Tundra since I purchased it. They have always provided top tier service. I've had many service advisors over the years but one stands in a class all by herself.
