I purchased a 2022 F250 two years ago from Gervais and I realized this year that I needed more truck to tow a larger 5th wheel. I traded the F250 for a 2023 F350. I ordered the new F350 with John D's help realized this year that I needed more truck to tow a larger 5th wheel. I traded the F250 for a 2023 F350. I ordered the new F350 with John D's help and picked it up last week. Gervais made the process simple and seamless. John D took care of any concern I had with the process of trading and buying. I was assured that if I had any question he was there to support. I found the customer service folks to be very friendly and attentive. Scheduling maintenance is a breeze. More

Great dealership with excellent service. I have serviced my Lincoln MKX for years at Gervais. I use the Quick Lane for minor service and Mike is knowledgeable and always helpful. engine light I always cringe when i see an engine light. It is what it is and the bill is usually big for a F350. The ford team at Gervais takes care of it the best they can because they know it will be a big bill. They contacted me right away and told me what the error codes were, estimated cost and time to complete. Recommend they contact customers with cost estimates via email. It would be easier to read and call with questions rather than hearing the fixes over the phone. That way the customer can do some research to understabd the fixes and call later. I understand time is important and they want permission to start work asap, but I'd prefer a call to check the repair estimate email and call back. I've never had a bad experience with Gervais Ford!! More
