Elisha and the service department were pleasant and very helpful when i was having a very rough day on little sleep. They made the process of getting my car fixed as painless as possible. helpful when i was having a very rough day on little sleep. I don't know the dealership really well. This was my first visit and probably my last. The people who took car of me were kind but seemed to struggle to find my account and services. Schedul This was my first visit and probably my last. The people who took car of me were kind but seemed to struggle to find my account and services. Scheduling was fast, easy and not too booked out. The service its self seems unreliable to me. The car wash left my car in the same dusty, dirty condition with added water marks. A week later my car started smelling so I checked the cabin filter which was checked during the service. It was filthy. However, the condition of the filter was neither said or written out but now I question the service. Why didn't they notify me. Did they even checked it in the first place. Does that mean they didn't check other things I paid them to do as well? More
