I have bought 2 Mercedes vehicles from Mr. James McDonald. The last purchase was a few years ago. Occasionally, I run into him when I come in for service and he is always friendly. On this occasion, I brought my vehicle in for service (battery issue) and the vehicle died while I was just across the street from the dealership. When I called the receptionist, my advisor was not in but I was told to call the Mercedes tow service which would have been a 45 minute wait. I called to see if James was there so he could advise me and to my surprise he offered to bring a jumper and he jump started my vehicle and I was able to save all that time. What a nice (great) gentleman (man) (human being) . I don’t know many, if any salesman who would go above and beyond long after the sale is over. I highly recommend him. More
