Bought a F-150 here. About 5 days later I get a call that I had only put $5k down instead of $6k. I had intended to put $5k down, but the signed paperwork said $6k. I must have missed it during the sales process and a dispute about the interest rate. I was told via phone to get us the $1,000 or bring the truck in by 5pm that day or they would report it stolen. After several hours of emails they backed down from the 5pm deadline and I ended up paying the extra $1,000. They never expressed any mutual fault and had a salesman falsely claim I had planned to come in the next day to pay the extra $1,000 due to a card limit. I was in the next day to drop off the title to my trade in, but no mention was made of the down payment discrepancy. Just a crazy way to do business. More

NOT EVEN AN OFFER TO REPAIR IT AT A DISCOUNTED PRICE. I WOULD HAVE BEEN HAPPY WITH EVEN THAT! NOW MY FAMILY AND I ARE WITHOUT A VEHICLE. THIS WAS ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED! I'VE RESPONDED TO THE GM'S REPLY. LET'S SEE IF I EVEN GET A CALL BACK WITH MORE xx! AS EXPECTED... NEVER HEARD ANYTHING BACK FROM JACOB DELANEY!
