If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I don't know how they're still in business, especially with Milton the sales manager who is horrendous. I had the worst buying experience ever there. Between the xxxxxxx sales manager and the dope of a salesman. I went to take a Jeep grand Cherokee for a test drive. The salesman told me to stop at the gas station and put $5 of gas in the tank. This was crazy and extremely unprofessional to me. After going back to purchase the truck. I was told that there was 2 people in front of me for the finance department and to come back at 7 o'clock. I went back at 6:45. They gave me the runaround and stalled. The finance lady told me that she told the salesman to call me and to go back another day because she was too backed up. The salesman Jimmy Jackson did not call me. I was at the dealership until 11 o'clock pm. As I was talking to the finance lady, they were trying to charge me a window etching charge. This was a used vehicle and that charge was already paid for. She called the sales manager, Milton. He told her " make the deal, don't make the deal. I don't give a xxxx. I'm tired and I wanna go home". Because of their incompetence, I was there until 11 PM at night and they made it seem like it was my fault that they were there that late when it was in fact their own fault. The salesman Jimmy Jackson also promised me a second key as they only had one key. This was of course, another lie. He also asked me for a ride to the bus stop. This dealership is extremely unprofessional and not willing to work with their customers. Buying a car should be somewhat fun, with this dealership It was nothing but aggravating. I would stay very far away from this dealership. There's plenty of other dealerships that will treat you fairly. This is definitely not one of them. I should have listened to the reviews that I read. I'm writing this review to inform people so they do not have the same terrible experience that I had. Customer care is useless. Any complaint falls on deaf ears. This place is a xxxx hole. I would run very fast and far. More

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!! We know too many people that hate this place so forget about the reviews that are probably coming from the employee's on this site. But my desire was to give local places business & t this place so forget about the reviews that are probably coming from the employee's on this site. But my desire was to give local places business & this was supposed to be a small Factory recall repair. I decided to give them another chance even though my neighbor told me to avoid the and I've had bad experiences in the past. The other surrounding dealerships for booked for weeks for this Factory recall these guys were the only place that could take me and they took me the next day so they weren't that busy.. Forget about the fact that when you call you get shuffled around by 2-3 different people just to make an appointment then you're on hold for 20 minutes and when you call back they act like they're doing you a favor. Then when you go in for a recall that took me a year to get a part, they keep trying to Hard Sell you for other repairs.. after listening to her go down a list of things that were $900, $800, $600 claiming she inspected the car they wanted $195 for the inspection..I politely listen but after 10 mins of her not taking "no thank you", for an answer I CONTINUALLY kept reminding her that I was out of work due to covid-19 & could not afford these repairs & might be selling our Jeep anyhow..!! after all that when I went to pick up my truck you had these kids at the counter saying oh "we know you"...really! what is this High School. In spite of my attempt to be polite & respectful because this was a young lady trying to sell me stuff even after all that you get disrespect & sarcasm and she even typed sarcastic remarks to me ON THE BILL!! not by hand but type it through the computer so obviously this is a tone that's allowed from the ownership on down... nobody in their right mind would want to give these people any business and you can't trust these positive reviews. This is my second or third encounter with this place over a simple repair issue and each time we've had an experience like this... avoid this dealership ..they do not deserve your hard-earned money! don't be fooled by the sales talk up front .. you have immature kids behind the scenes and they don't care about your vehicle.. they care about their pocketbook . To literally write on the bill" the guy kept going on and on and on about how he couldnt afford our prices" I'm dead serious! Yes I'm sorry Rt 4 Chrysler Jeep in Paramus New Jersey, that I'm out of work and couldn't afford your overpriced repairs I'm sorry you couldn't make your commissions off of me even though I gave you a third chance to do a small repair!! Let me just over pay by two and three times for repairs that can be done elsewhere much less expensively and go into debt since I am out of work let me do all that so that your girl to make her commissions and your ownership can make its money cuz that's what really matters, if we don't then you wright nasty notes on the receipt that we get to read when we get home.. if you are so disrespectful to my face who knows what you do to the car when I'm not there to create work for yourself ...what a class act this place is. ...Should anyone want to give people like this their hard-earned money! isn't it pathetic these days people/places like this just assume you won't pay any attention to a review.. they count on you coming in and getting ripped off ... .. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!..To top it off even though I just had an alignment & new tires done months ago which has been sitting in the driveway for the most part - they were trying to tell me how I needed an alignment.. another $400.. so it's okay to be dishonest to someone out of work due & struggling financially as long as they get their sales commission! .can you trust anything about a dealership like this !!! How pathetically low is the maturity level to not only berate someone on the phone when they're telling you they're out of work for not taking these high-priced repairs but to to write nasty notes to the customer typed out on the receipt which meant it was done on purpose and send them off to read when they get home... the arrogance and the lack of care for a customer is off the charts .. doesn't this tell you you could never trust a place like this. ... behavior like this usually happens when bosses don't care... I'm a capitalist... I think everybody should make money but even though I kept telling her that if her prices were even close to the outside I'd let them do it cuz she had my truck ..which we all know they can count on...but because I was out of work I had to shop for better prices she never once said anything like I'm sorry you're out of work and I understand she just constantly kept making me feel bad for not taking her high price commission repair jobs.. but I couldn't afford these repairs. Well that didn't matter to her she actuly tried to make me believe that I should pay $130 for an oil change😂😂 Even after politely telling her no thanks three or four times because I can get it for $45 on the outside. She kept saying "those guys would probably crack my oil cover".. .. i had done my 60,0000 service i was now just over 60,000 and she said I needed another one as she continue to try to convince me that "after two or three 60,000 Mile check ups if something goes wrong Mopar will pay for it"... Really🤣🤣..I reminded her that that would mean I'd have to have a hundred and eighty thousand miles on the truck! SO YES, this is when I became testy... I assumed a Small repair would be painles . Oh well. If you are wondering why I went back it was because the surronging dealerships were booked for weeks . These guys took me the next day.. IMPORTANT I could not submit this review without choosing people in all these departments but please know they had nothing to do with this review but unless you choose these departments on this website you can't submit a review so please do not let it reflect on those names this was a female in the service department ...I can't remember her name More

One Word: Awful My dad went to this place last wednesday and started getting information to buy me my first brand new car. Yesterday my family and I went to do the paper work and bring the car home! We got there at 9:30 am and left at 1 in the afternoon with no car. The salesmen all croud you when you're making a deal and they use intimidation to take your money. If you are smart and tell them to please leave, they all form a circle and talk bad about you. I felt like i was back in high school, purely pathetic. When they brought out the car from the back it looked used.I was getting a 2015 jeep renegade and the mirror was chipped, scratches all over the car, and black oil stains on the seats. If i am buying a new car it should be in its best condition. Presentation is everything and they did not reach that standard. Instead of helping us they started bullying and like i said before all of the salesmen came out to see the drama. Even the manager was giving us a hard time. We called another dealership and told them we were leaving and to rip up the contract. Instead of giving me a loner until another jeep came in they just let us walk out the door. There were also 10 Salesmen "helping" us, too many hands that lead to unorganisation. This is a terrible place and THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. They should all be ashamed of them selves. No excuses for bad people that scam the public to get their commission. Take pride in your work. Scammer and associates … Worst experience ever with a dealership … painfully bluntly dishonest …. Friends, if you read this before or as you are on your way to Dodge / Jeep P Worst experience ever with a dealership … painfully bluntly dishonest …. Friends, if you read this before or as you are on your way to Dodge / Jeep Paramus, my free advice to your well-being: make a safe U-turn and go to nearby Ramsey Jeep, Route 46 one or probably any other Jeep dealership in the Tri State area for that matter! I signed a sales order with them for a brand new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport that was available on their lot and as part of the deal, I also purchased a hart top in addition to whatever equipment the vehicle was already equipped with. I also gave them my credit scoring so they offered a 2.9% credit on the vehicle. Deal (that sounds quick and easy but was painfully long, you know … those back and forth discussions between rep and finance guys, and sales managers … last forever). we shook hands, and talked about the following week-end for delivery. … A week after, I come to the dealership for the delivery after already several failed attempts to confirm any credit information… rate, bank … I could not get anything from the rep, but as he told me over the phone, no worries, there is no trick, everything is ready and waiting for me. OK, let’s believe ethics and morality are shared values among human beings ... and in the car dealers sub-specie ... I am all for it. So on D-day I drive in to Paramus, get into the dealership and I get invited to sit down with the Finance Manager, and we start discussing the credit. Surprise! Things have changed and he now offers a 5% rate with Chrysler/Jeep financing …. He could not get the 2.9% promised a week before, although my credit score had not changed. I was also accepted by Ally Bank but he would not let me see the rate they were offering … but he was obviously marking it up to come to just above 5%, very convenient. So I refused their offer and called my bank for them to make me a direct financing offer. Meanwhile, I asked the rep to show me the accessories (Hard Top and Tow Pack) that they had supposedly ordered for me. He walked me outside the main building onto a parking lot adjacent to the dealership, stopped in front of a small container filled with parts and pointed a Jeep hard top laying on the ground next to it. This was it! A used, nicely scratched black hard top that had been sitting here probably for months just waiting for a second life! I was livid … I could not hear more and stay any longer with people that exhibit that level of integrity. I left right away … and it took me 1 month to get my deposit back ... Here is the kind of experience this dealership can offer if you are interested ... I ended up buying my car from Jeep Norwalk, for a pretty seamless positive experience.... More
