We were very pleased with the turnaround time as our previous dealer took 2.5-3 hrs to complete an oil change. Jasmine was great to work with, plus we ran into Ana Cruz (our sales lady). My salesman Brad Hill at Nick Nicholas Ford in Inverness was extremely easy to work with from placing my order to picking up my truck.
