My Wife and I came in to talk to Eli Guevara about your Mercedes Sprinter line. Eli was both professional and personal in taking care of us. I appreciated his patience and willingness to go the extra mile Mercedes Sprinter line. Eli was both professional and personal in taking care of us. We bought our sprinter van sight unseen from M-B of Salem because we had a plan to have it built into a camper in Portland OR. Eli and Brian were our "point people" at M-B of Salem and they did an awesome jo because we had a plan to have it built into a camper in Portland OR. Eli and Brian were our "point people" at M-B of Salem and they did an awesome job of keeping us informed of the process, getting us updates, and arranging to get the van to the camper van builders. They were totally professional, great communicators, and made the across the country purchase VERY comfortable. I would most HIGHLY recommend Eli and Brian to any future purchaser!!! More

I am very disappointed with the service at Mercedes. Compared to Toyota, the experience has been frustrating. Scheduling an appointment with Mercedes takes two months, whereas Toyota can provide the sam Compared to Toyota, the experience has been frustrating. Scheduling an appointment with Mercedes takes two months, whereas Toyota can provide the same service in just two days. Toyota offers 36 months of free oil changes, but despite being promised the same when I bought my Mercedes, I have to pay for oil changes and inspections. Additionally, the prices for these services are significantly higher compared to other companies that offer them for free for a couple of years. Given the number of cars Mercedes sells, it’s surprising they haven’t increased their service capacity. Waiting two months for service is unacceptable, and I was not informed that I would need to schedule my appointment so far in advance. Overall, the service at Mercedes falls far short of my expectations, especially when compared to the excellent service at Toyota. I hope this feedback leads to some changes, but as it stands, the service was not what I expected. I will be sharing my experience with my friends. More
