All went as defined. Completed recall notice action in a timely manner. Very satisfied. Only minus was they didn't wash my car which was pretty dirty.:-( I went to the car wash directly following my my Auto timely manner. Very satisfied. Eldwin Breeden took perfect care of us. We appreciate his honesty and integrity. He didnt try to oversell us, he could easily have said we needed new brake pads, in addition to turning the rotor, but he assu honesty and integrity. In addition, i had a question about the dashboard screen on the way home. He called me back immediately, with his “expert friend” to coach us through the solution. Great service! More

Edit to initial review: I wrote this review once I turned over my keys. Within 15 minutes the service man came out and told me that my car was finishing up. The dealer realized I was upset and made turned over my keys. Within 15 minutes the service man came out and told me that my car was finishing up. The dealer realized I was upset and made sure the time was honored. I appreciate it when customer service recognizes an unhappy customer and makes it right. I didn’t think the review was getting posted or I would have edited this review sooner. Doesn’t honor appointment times. When I arrived, I was told the wait for a simple state inspection would be an hour and half to 2 hours. I asked what was the point in making and appointment and the response was, “just like a doctors office…..if a doctor is not available then he can’t see you”. Well, I would never wait that long at a doctors office if I had an appointment…hence the word “appointment”. Never again will I bring my car here. More

All the team was prepared to receive my car with zero waiting time. I was expecting to get my car by end of the day but they even finished it by 2 pm. Eldwin went out of his way to make my experience stress free. He was knowledgeable, friendly and kept me updated on the status of the service. My experience with dealerships in general has not been positiv free. He was knowledgeable, friendly and kept me updated on the status of the service. My experience with dealerships in general has not been positive but I wouldn't hesitate to go back to Auto Park Honda. More
