Lexus of Pembroke Pines has great pricing, but it is their service once you own the car that is non existent. I bought the car late in May when my lease ended and didn’t get the title until mid October, their service once you own the car that is non existent. I bought the car late in May when my lease ended and didn’t get the title until mid October, and that was only after NUMEROUS calls to the dealership. I finally had to call Lexus corporate. Now, I tried to use the coupon they gave me for free oil changes, and was told the coupons are not valid. I can’t use them. Really?? I had to drive to the dealership to find this out??? I’m DONE with Lexus of Pembroke Pines and most probably Lexus . I don’t need to be so annoyed. More

There was never any pressure which I greatly appreciated. This whole car buying experience was smooth and actually enjoyable thanks to Eid! If you’re looking for someone who truly cares and goes the extra mile, he is the one to see. I’m so happy with my new car and can’t recommend him enough! More

Financing Process: The handling of my financing felt unclear and incomplete. Specifically, the loan was not finalized, yet I was allowed to take possession of the vehicle without proper explanation of the next steps.”] This created uncertainty and concern on my part as a customer. 2. Communication: I felt that [describe any communication issues, e.g., “there was a lack of transparency regarding the loan status and my legal obligations.”] Clearer communication would have helped avoid confusion and frustration. 3. Resolution Support: When I attempted to address my concerns, I felt unsupported as I sought to cancel the deal due to the loan not being finalized.”] I would have appreciated more understanding and assistance in resolving the issue.
