Ehsan was very nice, friendly, and helpful. I bought CR-V Hybrid. He explains all details about warranty on different car systems including high voltage battery. We did nice test drive and take I bought CR-V Hybrid. He explains all details about warranty on different car systems including high voltage battery. We did nice test drive and take that car right away. Document processing was done in smooth way. Next day I came with complains about terrible sound car produce when it put in Rear gear. Ehsan was patient and spend a lot of time and finally explains, what this is a government mandated feature "Acoustic Vehicle Alerting System". Took my 2024 CR-V in to have the protection service done. Jose Barrera was absolutly awesome!! When I dropped the car off he changed something I asked for at time of purchase that wasn't done and when I p Jose Barrera was absolutly awesome!! He showed me how many of the features for the car worked and told me to come back anytime if I had more questions.
