Great Experience I saw a used truck that was listed on the site and setup a time to see it. When I arrived at the dealer, I met Kevin Kahtan who showed me the ruck and I saw a used truck that was listed on the site and setup a time to see it. When I arrived at the dealer, I met Kevin Kahtan who showed me the ruck and setup the test drive. He was very professional and courteous. I ended up buying the truck and have been very happy with the purchase. There needs to be more sale people like Kevin. I would definitely buy from Kevin and the dealer again. More

GREAT EXPERIENCE Went in to get our daughter her first car as she leaves for college in July 2019. Will Weaver (our Sales Consultant) wanted to know what our primary goals were. Explained to Will our budget and that safety was priority number one for the car. Mr. Weaver then stated that he had a great option and a true value. He showed us a 2019 Rogue Special Edition. Had all the safety equipment that you can put on it. As it had 345 miles, he gave us an incredible discounted price and the finance department took the numbers we gave them and came back with our desired number. There was not the usual pressure of this price only. They said her is what you asked for. Do you want to take it today. As Mr. Weaver and his team met all of the criteria we had for purchasing a vehicle. My daughter now has a 2019 Rogue Special Edition to drive. Could not be more impressed with the overall courtesy and professionalism shown by the entire Brown's Dulles Nissan team. Our son is a Freshman in High School. His first car will come from Brown's Dulles Nissan, and we hope that Mr. Weaver is there to make it happen. Daughter was shocked and thrilled all at once. Thanks for helping us make her so happy. More

Good experience at Brown's Dulles Nissan We recently purchased a 2018 Nissan Rogue at Brown's Dulles Nissan. We had selected our car from the on-line Dulles Nissan inventory. When my wife s We recently purchased a 2018 Nissan Rogue at Brown's Dulles Nissan. We had selected our car from the on-line Dulles Nissan inventory. When my wife suggested a different color that was not in the inventory, the staff immediately located the same model and trim in the desired color, and ordered it delivery. No difference in cost. The purchase process was typically lengthy, but there were no unexpected surprises. The sales representatives, Teddy Asimana in particular, were friendly, attentive, knowledgable, and applied no pressure to us during the process. Several questions arose during the financing process, but these were easily dealt with. We got the sense that the sales and finance representatives wanted to get us the best deal they could. Teddy Asimana performed an excellent job in familiarizing us with the new vehicle, and helped us make the delivery to our apartment. Teddy gets five stars! More

Worst experience for service they just want to sell vehicle I took my lease vehicle back and was going to purchase that same vehicle and the reason why i was going to do that because i had gone over my leased m I took my lease vehicle back and was going to purchase that same vehicle and the reason why i was going to do that because i had gone over my leased mileage. Sales person agreed up to the price for another car i had in mind however i was hesitant for the price i would have to pay for over mileage at that time i was told by the representative who apparently was a manager that there will be nothing to worry about for lease vehile you will only need to pay around $300 which is left to pay for lease. As soon as we buy new vehicle everything else is waived. So i bought this new vehicle about a month later i get a bill for $2600 from nissan for mileage overage. I called the same rep and asked him what is it. He mentioned that they are not Nissan and the bill is from Nissan. I was assuming when he presented the bill for $300 for vehicle i was leasing he knew what ge was doing or if i would be getting another bill or something. He completely deniehd and said there’s nothing he can do without even trying to seek help for me also argued with me over the phone. I financed through them and despite having excellent credit they gave me 6.89% rate so I refinanced my vehicle from credit union. Now i wanted my refund for gap coverage. I had provided everything about two weeks ago and i was promised that i will get refund in two weeks. I didn’t receive anything so i went to the dealership today i was told another two weeks. Never ever go there to purchase or lease. Every single commitment is just a lie to get the sale of a car. For this dealership customers are just number of sales they can do. No such thing as customer service. I will never ever recommend this dealership to my family and friends. More
